No the dealer cannot. Look up ponyscorpian's thread about this. They will think it's an issue with the accelerator relay/assembly and replace it (which wasn't necessary). Just happened to me. All I had to do was unplug it, 5 restarts, all codes go away and replug and recalibrate. It's really not that big of a problem and has only happened to me once in 6 plus months. These newer cars have so many safety mechanisms to prevent it from actually screwing something up
