All they want you to do is wait on the newest exhaust which will no doubt have the newest higher price to go along with it, their exhaust is already overpriced for these cars and I'm a borla fan. 2.75 even 2.5 would be able to handle the type of horsepower and upgrades you have mentioned with no issue. I ended up having a local shop just order me two atak mufflers and then build be a custom system back to my factory connections up front, parts and labor from them will be cheaper for me than what I was looking at for parts alone from borla, which was axel back system and their x pipe/midpipes, which would of still had to of been pieced together to retain my factory npp valves.
