I tried line lock. It works really well. I was just surprised you can't just light up the tires if the mood strikes. But I just went out and tried what you guys suggested and held down traction control for 10 seconds. Yep, that's it, problem solved. I left a couple of nice stripes out on a country road and the nannies never cut engine power. I won't be doing that often, but after 1500 miles of break in, I wanted to unleash the beast a little. There is a lot of technology in this car and I thought I had read everything, but.... apparently not. Thanks for the suggestions!
