I just ordered a set of the bolt on jacking pad. When I jack from the rear I go under the diff and lift from there, then once the rear is on stands you can get to the transmission cross-member and lift from there to get the front up and then on stands.
Looks like I will need the pads soon, just ordered a set of pads for both ends. Going to leave the stock 1LE pads in a box for a track day and use the Carbon Ceramic pads for daily use for now.
