I mean....
First , the lube technician failed to even recognize what engine he was working on...WOW...
Then , when he took his work order into the parts department to get his filter, and let them know how much oil to bill to the work order......They also , somehow failed to recognize that the quantity of oil was NOT correct......
THEN..... When the work order was completed by the service advisor.....Somehow, he doesn't realize the price is WAY too high for that engines oil change...
Not to mention the cashier, who usually has your history displayed on her screen, including previous oil changes.... And she also doesn't notice a discrepancy...
Probably time to find a new dealership :(

Well most of those employees mentioned are the lowest when it comes to pay and experience at the dealership.
That being said I agree find a new dealership after this mess is worked out.
