After seeing what I've on dynos and such... Even with the head/cam setup I plan to run, I'll probably do everything as far as mods before I drop cash to get the MSD IM and port it. Likely will use ported stock one and ported stock TB for a while.
The car will be mainly road course use (and a 6MT), so I was as much under the curve as possible and to keep my tq in the mid-range as long as I can.
What will be interesting to see will be any interesting results of the air velocity the heads/cam package will create... I'll be running an experimental setup with a GEN5 5.3L head that will be ported and have valves. SPS Cylinder heads will be doing the work and using my heads as the guinea pig to get the right mix of velocity and flow so I can make good peak power but have a nice fat powerband.
