I'm having these tires installed on my SS this weekend. I'm looking forward to a smoother and less noisy ride. I'm in Houston, so they should perform well. I do like the security that the run flats offer, but at $1400 a set that security comes at too high a price for me. I'm only at 14k miles on my car (80% highway driving) and the rear tires are in very bad shape. I drive aggressive but I haven't done one burn out yet ( that will change this weekend... gotta send the runflat's off in smoke). I don't want to spend $1400 every year on tires, so this seems like a great option for me. I'll put that extra $700 too good use in other mods for the car.
