If you've had a software update at the dealer and are experiencing glitches, then it's likely they did not disconnect the negative battery cable after the update. Try disconnecting the negative cable for a few seconds and reconnecting. Glitch should go away. The same thing happened to me. However, I just got the glitches again 4 months after I disconnected and reconnected the negative cable. I may try it again or take it to the dealer.
