I gave up trying to figure that system out...lol...A rollback of CAFE might not have any immediate effect, perhaps it means rolling back what is required in ten or twenty years....who knows...
...Regardless, I doubt we'll see any risky knee-jerk reactions that might be short-lived...or not....I haven't heard anything announced one way or the other...
