I made it to the dyno.
closed exhaust at 123kpa(3.4psi) was 476hp
open exhaust at 136kpa(5.3psi) was 547hp
I tried putting a crappy little boost controller on it and at the lowest setting it pushed the boost to ~155kpa and I ran out of hpfp. this is on ~e65.
I don't have a solid comparison to before since this is a different dyno. I am reading the numbers are roughly 10-15% lower on a mustang than a dynojet if the mustang is calibrated properly.
I removed the wg mufflers yesterday and it fixed my open exhaust boost creep. that being said once we left the dyno I tried an open exhaust pull and it promptly ran out of fuel even at under 6psi. I am sure that has something to do with it being 27deg out right now. it did lite up the drag radials at 70mph on the interstate.
once it warms up a little I should be able to open the cut out. it is time to just enjoy the car and get to the track. sometime before fall I hope to have some port fuel injection.
