I went with Mobil 1 Synth and it made shifting noticeably smoother. If I had it to do all over again I'd probably go with Redline. I heard that one is very good as well.

I did mine very recently - Used the Redline D4 ATF - Much better than stock - and IMO better than my past experience with Royal Purple. I ended up removing the transmission brace as I was worried about making a big mess.
