I did this recently. The very lower drain plug is in a hard to get to spot.. Like the Tranny rear cross member is right in the darn way. You'll see a little sensor screwed into the tranny very close to that area. Near the bottom. It is the Tranny Temp sensor. You can simply disconnect the electrical connector and unscrew the sensor and use this as a drain. I had the front of my car up on jack stands and this helped angle the car so the fluid would come out good. After the fluid seemed to stop I jacked up the rear and saw a little more drizzle out. After that put the sensor back in, plug it in and use the top Fill plug to replace fluid of your choice.

I went with Mobil 1 Synth and it made shifting noticeably smoother. If I had it to do all over again I'd probably go with Redline. I heard that one is very good as well.
