The torque specs I have is 37ft lbs and then tighten 140 degrees for the stock bolt. I picked up a ARP bolt to use instead it calls for 258ft lbs.

The torque specs I quoted are for the '16/'17 Camaro supercharger balancer pulley, i.e. ZL1 and the Cadillac V motors. Your torque specs are for the stock '16 SS V8 engine IIRC.
