When, I was trying out the car for size, I think head room has a lot to do with your seating position. Some people like to sit back with arms more extended. For racing, I have heard that being up close to the wheel uses smaller more precise muscles for better control so the laid back position is more of a no-no. I think a 6'3" person could fit in but your experience could vary depending on how you like to sit, how upright you like to sit, and how far from the steering wheel you like to sit.
