By 3000, it is already to late for the dealer. Mine was looking for others to pick up the allocation. They couldn't walk away.
By TPW, I don't think they can even change the build options.
I could walk away and ask for money back since dates kept moving out from their original 8 to 10 week guidance and even though I ordered in December, some who ordered after me, got build dates sooner than me even though the dealer knew I was trying to make dates for racing. The dealer could have been difficult about me backing out given they weren't the cause, but they weren't bad at all. Also reading this forum, it is pretty clear that they are not the cause of the delays.
