My dealer contacted me yesterday morning to inform me my car had been built and was awaiting transportation. I asked him to enable OnStar tracking so that we could track vehicle location as you demonstrated here, but he hasn't been able to figure it out. He's unable to activate and when he called OnStar for help, neither first-tier tech support nor a manager he spoke with had any idea what to do. His understanding is that he can't activate OnStar until he has physical access to the vehicle. Can you please advise how to get this turned on? Thanks!
