just remove the bracket the wire harness is zip tied to as well as the dip stick bolt. The dip stick will move then. You should be able to access the spark plug wire at that point, or at least have more room to access it. I used a large pair of needle nose on it being sure not to apply too much pressure and crush the housing. Wiggle it around a little bit, push in, twist, and pull it off. It's really not that bad once you move some stuff out of the way.
