I think I'd have to agree with you, this isn't Al O's responsibility. This falls to the executive leadership of operations and manufacturing.
On a separate note, I got a random text from my salesman saying my status hadn't changed. Perhaps the allocation #s have arrived for the next cycle and some movement may be starting in statuses soon.
