As for wheels and tires, you should be able to clear 17's assuming the brakes aren't any bigger then the SS brakes. I clear a 17x10 Weld with Hoosier 28x10 slicks. Thing hooks great N/A and we'll see what happens with the ProCharger in April when the tracks open up. Get the 60' down a bit and watch the ET drop about double.

Actually, I think the Hellcat and 6th Gen ZL1 are pretty close in terms of available torque at the wheels vs total mass (inertia) that the torque must overcome. Hellcat is much heavier, for sure, but the added 50 HP & torque makes up for that. With similar trans and tires it should be a pretty close race.
I doubt 17's will clear. There's only 1 1/4" clearance between the brembo caliper and rim on the rear. My rotors are much bigger than yours: Front: 15.35" dia, 1.42" thick | Rear: 14.37" dia, 1.1 inches thick.
