Mine is in the procharger tube going to the throttle body.
The meth being sprayed into a PD blower has been a topic of discussion for a long time. When I worked at Magnuson, I had seen several instances where the abradable coating on the rotors was cleaned off by the meth. When that happens, it can affect the effectiveness of the rotors.
As far as the TB, I would think the meth would keep it cleaner....
