If they knew they were going to release a new ZL1 that competes for the same customers as the ZL1 they just released a few months prior they should have at least released pics and specs of the 1LE version before ordering started for the original. At least then their customers would have had the option of waiting for the better car.
GMs timing just screwed over a bunch of people, especially the people who ordered/bought a ZL1 with a manual transmission.

I get where you are coming from. But if we all waited for a better model to come out, we would be forever waiting and that doesn't sell cars.
Also, Motor Trend just tested the zl1 and said the manual was faster around a track.
