If Chevy (Dealer) has completed your update, it (AA) should be working. BUT..let's look at your phone first.
If connected via USB & no workie, try a different cable, even if you think its new..I had one that was NEW not work...
Have you downloaded the AA App? You don't have to open and set it up, it gets annoying but it need to at least be on there..
Do you have the Google Home App and the Google Nav Apps installed..I believe both need to be installed. I had a recent phone swap and my AA was not doing it's normal connect process, and I had ended up pulling one of these off Google Play Store and then everything was back to normal.
Otherwise, maybe try another phone, meet with someone who's AA & phone combo is working and check your system at least for functionality..
