Yes. I owned a '12 SS auto and wanted to experience the M6. I love it! The sales rep who sold me the car taught me how to drive stick in about an hour in a different vehicle on the lot. Took me about a week to get the nervousness out after driving around town and about a month or so before I stopped stalling. I love the feeling of actually driving the car and I won't look back.
