Okay... I think a lot of people are struggling with the same thing I am. That is... Feeling confident we are getting good and honest information out of our dealers. I think the info we get on this forum is amazing... Mostly thanks to Becky D! Which if I wasn't ordering a ZL1, I would absolutely be purchasing it from her!!!!
I have let the sting wear off a bit from my 2000 status rejection and am exploring options. I am trying to figure out my dealers motive and see if I need to sit and wait, or move on.
I was told countlessly that my order was placed and has priority over other orders, there is no "Submit" button. If they pull the order and re-submit there is no to little chance of getting the order. I was told today that a dealer is incentivized buy placing a stocking order over a "submitted" order, does anyone know if this is try? Did anyone else get a 2000 status with a manual coupe? One would think someone would have to know the likely hood of my order getting processed? Should I stay or should i go??
Maybe Im just looking for moral support
