I have been doing a lot of research on tires as well...
if you use the ZL1 or 1LE rims and a 5mm space the 315 30 20 would be this.. streetable track tires.. not drag strip lol

give up a little width and save 50 to 75 per tire on those stickier tires this could be an option..
F1 Supercar 3 is 220AA is stock 1le / zl1 305 30 20
I would rethink and do cam and heads over the blower but set it up to add a blower later. Meaning the cam with the correct fuel lobe.. what's gonna happen is your slap the blower on and a few months later probably 1 your want more power but the fuel system will not allow it, ya you could use meth band aide but most of the best shops will tell you do it right and upgrade the fuel system. From my 20 years of modding.. 96 z28, 2010 SS, and now the 2016 SS a good set of heads and a cam will match any stock level blower probably even beat it, especially when we get in the summer months.
You could do the cam, heads, and e85 tune and be around 560 or 580 at the wheels Houston House of power all ready has one running around. when you get bored then you put your blower on then the Lt4 pump and lift pump and injectors. this might lesson the blow to the wallet instead the blower and fuel upgrades at once... Also you might just stick with the heads and cam since it sounds like the 1le setup for track events.

I was looking to go to HHP for almost the same setup. Do you know any specifics of that '16 SS you mentioned. I've seen videos of that thing online and needless to say that thing moves.
