Your right, scientifically I can't say that, but I can say that was the sickest I've ever been and soon after I couldn't keep anything down. I don't think it's a coincidence. They inject a "weakened" virus in your system so your body can produce antibodies and combat that particular virus. No antibodies to that particular virus, you get sick.
