Guys I spent a lot of time calling dealers in the DFW, going to every autoparts chain, and calling GM, castrol, mobile, and valvoline. I will not be using 15w50 and doing 2 10 qt oil changes every time i go to the track.

I found a dexos 2 certified 5w40 that you can buy at Napa Auto Parts.
Valvoline Synpower MST 5w40
There are some packages of it that do not have the blue dexos 2 symbol and some that do, but after speaking with both GM and Valvoline about the matter, as long as it carries the product number (966 i believe) then it is dexos 2 certified.
