I too have had this problem (back when it was humid) and have been reading these threads regarding this. So, here's what I've come up with. I purchased a roll 1/8"x24"x36" of Neoprene thru Amazon (P/N W1322 Premium Neoprene Shop Pad +) for $13-$14. After multiple paper templates tracing the vent area I finally cut a piece of the neoprene to shape. I haven't had a chance to try it yet since it hasn't happened since the fall but here's a pic.
