I would suggest getting the 2017...but first, I'm curious if it has all the same sorts of options as the 2016 you posted.
A "deal" is dependent on many things. Keep in mind that while something is discounted, you can still be spending money on something unnecessary. MRC will make a bigger difference in your experience than the brakes. Besides, you can always add the brakes later...you cannot add MRC.
