I think these are some fundamental problems. The cabin is not that quiet and the exhaust is relatively loud by design. Run flat tires on top of that.
I am still planning to take some measurements of cabin noise to see what the impact of the ANC system is (I have a 2ss).
You get into a serious cost vs. benefit problem, because what I think most upgraders want is the stereo to overwhelm the cabin noise, at least when they crank the stereo. So I'm still watching the different solutions evolve. I don't think it's worth going ultra-high end with everything given the constraints of the environment.
