Just flushed my fluid today for an upcoming track day.

Took slightly less than 1L. I have a Mityvac.

Pumped all the fluid out of the reservoir 1st, refilled with new, then pumped out each caliper until I saw the new stuff in the tube.

I went with Castrol SRF.

BTW - surprisingly, I had a significant amount of air in my lines from the factory. I only have about 2,000 miles on mine and the pedal feel got WAY better after the bleed.
