First my big find. You can download (for free) an entire book (in English) on MOST from this location:
http://www.mostcooperation.com/publications/most-book/
There is some interesting stuff on audio around page 300.

Second, to get the most specific information on this topic, it is worth searching Camaro6 for posts by gblaue. He keeps a low profile, but one can quickly infer he has a firsthand working knowledge of Bose amplifiers, but not the exact amp in our car.

I get the impression we are unlikely to see a MOST-to-lineout audio decoder unless Chevy itself decides to produce one.
I'd sooner rip the guts out of the bose amp, find the trace that leads to the actual amplifier circuit (the analog pre-amp audio) and place two rca connectors drilled and set into the side of the bose amp somewhere. Along with other modifications to the amp.

Otherwise you'll be waiting a while.

It's a shame that you pay more for less options but it's not like they gave us much of a choice. Not like the Bose option was offered by itself, it either came with the trim or came with the 8" screen and who wants the 7? nobody.

edit: was just thinking, they probably do a good bit of digital shenanigans before decoding to analog so that idea still might not be perfect. But it would at least be an improvement over using the amped speaker outputs.
