I did some thorough searching on MOST today and had much more success than previously! I'm not sure how much it will really help, because GM's implementation of MOST is still unique to GM.

For reference, our Camaros use MOST50 over copper for communication between the audio components.

First my big find. You can download (for free) an entire book (in English) on MOST from this location:

There is some interesting stuff on audio around page 300.

Second, to get the most specific information on this topic, it is worth searching Camaro6 for posts by gblaue. He keeps a low profile, but one can quickly infer he has a firsthand working knowledge of Bose amplifiers, but not the exact amp in our car.

I get the impression we are unlikely to see a MOST-to-lineout audio decoder unless Chevy itself decides to produce one.
