The 6th gen Camaro is a really great car, especially if you're looking at a 1LE or a loaded 2SS. I think you'll need to look at the SRT8 and GT350 versions of the competition to get something comparable in terms of performance and/or features...
I personally had a CTS-V1 before my 2SS and put almost 10k miles on a '15 SRT 392 Challenger. The Challenger is a great GT car but I ultimately wanted a sports car. The markups on GT350s were just too insane for me to seriously consider it, but I would have bought one at MSRP if I'm being honest. The Mustang GT is a soft cruiser that can be bought a bit cheaper, but ultimately the chassis and power just aren't there to compete with the Camaro. A GT wouldn't win a magazine comparison to an M4...
Test drive the configurations you want and see what type of car you like best. They're all very different, even though they're in the same market segment.
