Choose a part (any part) on any car manufactured, and do an internet search for issues with it.
You will probably find enough issues that will make you question why anybody would buy it.
I understand it sucks to have an issue after spending your hard earned money on something.
But there isn't a manufacturer in the world that has built the perfect trouble free automobile yet.
The fact is, those issues are very few when compared to the total number of cars produced.
You will never get it down to zero.

The person you are quoting already had to do a dealer buyback on an SS with 50 miles on it due to issues, so it's more firsthand experience than just reading about it on a forum.
