With green cats probably pass OBDII and sniffer; however, it will fail visual.

The 6.1 has a very nice factory header, IMO and was a nice upgrade for 5.7s.

I would estimate a realistic 12 hp / 12 ft lbs of torque going from stock to LT and off road pipes and IMO the largest gain was probably removing the cats. That said when I get all the bugs worked out, I'll probably fab the stock rear cats back into the system and run 02 bungs in back of that.

As an aside, there is no reason why somebody can't make LT with a simple cut and weld to the 2nd cats of the stock system as 2 and 3/4".

Yep my worry at taking out the pan with K member in place. We won't know till more people try.
