I know the S-Type is a different muffler, and deeper tone. I'm extremely sensitive to drone, made me sell my other exhausts in the past for this, and other cars. I have zero drone with the Atak axle back, no NPP valves and secondary cat delete. It is definitely loud and aggressive, but not droning. I can't speak for your setup. I can only comment on mine. I also have the secondary cat delete version of the X pipe from Borla. Not sure if that plays a role in my experience vs yours.
