Why wouldn't it be possible? If everything in the car (including the wiring) was switched out with ZL1 parts, the car should be able to have everything that the ZL1 has. Sure the cost would be outrageous but this is simply to say that it is possible.
Now obviously you don't want to swap EVERYTHING so you just have to figure out what has to be done to make it work and if the cost is worth it to you.
I'm sure is possible, it's all about how much you are willing to spend to make it happen. That and having the know-how or knowing someone who does.
