My suggestion is do it all at once and get a
TUNE, without a Tune the rest is questionable.
Your probably wasting your money on your 4 and 5. I would seriously consider long tubes and green cats if you have to pass smog. If not I'd look at the front cat delete (bolt on), a Tune will fix any O2 issue.
IMO with heads, cam and LT, the MSD is going to be better.
