The exact offset is 6" and it is a 9.5" rim. If you get on Race Stars web site they have them denoted for the 16' Camaro and the exact sizes.

That's interesting. There must be more going on than I thought. We will be e85ing an otherwise stock car in a few weeks. I will keep an eye on the maf freq to see if it changes.
I did read somewhere that gas has close to 0% oxygen and e85 is closer to 30% oxygen. i thought between that and the cooling effect was where the extra power came from.
