I am sorry that you are forced to read the internet and advertisements that poison your perception of reality.
The only snake oil is the advertisements that manufacturers spread about there product gains that are not achievable without some form of misrepresentation.

The only way you're gaining 100 HP on this car is to either Heads, cam headers, exhaust cold air, OR add a supercharger or other form of Forced induction.
