Totally off-topic....but I have to agree 100%. No sources available at the moment, but I teach this in HS...met with a gentleman who has a turbine on his farmland....said he hasn't seen so much as a dead duck in 10 years...but the power companies come out to inspect the ground, on foot, anyways....
...So one year, he threw a dead chicken out there. Since it's a bird - they HAVE to count it in their data collection...
So much misinformation roaming around the public's minds.....
