Some of my neighbors have newborn babies, and as a father myself, I know how irritating it could be when a loud outside noise like a v8 cold start or a faggy Harley roars past and wakes up a baby when you have been trying for the longest time to get some shut eye...
It makes no sense to me why people who have respect for neighbors and neighborhood peace would bug you or anyone else...
Oh man, all the NPP guys are getting mad that someone doesn't like the NPP exhaust. Seriously though, you brought up a good point about Harleys--people in my neighborhood own them and those are just as loud or louder than the Corsa. Not to sound like a dick, but if you want peace and quiet--go live in the country. If people want to drive something that is a little loud, then you deal with it when living in a neighborhood. It's a sports car--not a fuel dragster that your starting. When I cold start either of my vehicles with a Corsa exhaust (Camaro or Durango), it's not an issue. I have a 3-year old and 6-week old--the exhausts or nothing else wakes them up. I don't know what your homes are built of, but it's not an issue in my neighborhood.
