One thing I would like to point out in this discussion, is that the Gen6 Camaro gets pretty damn good gas mileage in it's various forms. My SS is getting close to 30MPG door to door going down to my dad's house (75% freeway, pretty flat terrain, and the other 25% is country 2 lane roads).

So gas price increases do hurt a bit and I am not minimizing anyone's pain if they are on a limited budget, but I am totally amazed at how efficient these new Camaros are. I never would have dreamed that I could have a car that performs like it does (0-60 in 4.0, 12.3 1/4 mile, etc.) and still manage to get close to 30MPG on the freeway.

These are awesome times we live in (as far as performance cars go).
