Yea I pondered allot of things, warranty, who\where could work on my car, cost of the SC and cost of any ancillary mods. I went through all that and then made a decision based on cost, installation, and other things. I kinda went overboard once the SC install started and kept throwing more performance parts in the mix.
Yes, you can get the SC and the canned tune from the manufacturer and not get a custom tune. That is fine as long as you dont have other things that require a tune like headers, etc.
I am not sure about the meth tank in the back of a vert, but I do know alky has a kit that uses the windshield wiper tank as its tank. I considered that option but I didnt want to lose any functionality of the car (if you dont consider the trunk functional I guess)
All in all, I am happy with my decision, she puts out a TON of power. If I do anything else in the future it would be a smaller pulley and prob headers, but thats about it. I dont track my car so its not like I need 800HP or anything. Then, I would be dangerous. LOL
