A fogged up windshield limits visibility and is a safety issue.

Speak to the service manager first.

If needed, open a BBB complaint online, and then BBB arbitration if necessary

GM would have to prove that they don't need to keep windshields clear.

They usually don't even show up, and customer wins. They must fix the condition, under warranty.
