...Interim Movement - staging for transport -moved to other lot.

4B00 = This status is used whenever it is "parked"
in that status = Final QC is performed, along with logistics,
and scheduling available transport. IE: train & carriers.
There is not a specific time or average time -
it depends on the availability of transport & logistics.
Every Auto manufacturer is experience a high production...
and the competition for transport is running at a high level.
