I've always had my theory on performance parts that not necessarily "win" on the dyno but shows up on track day. The fact that it's stationary on the dyno as opposed to the ram air affect at 100 mph or so rolling down the track, kinda puts it in the torque converter category. Nothing on the dyno but night and day on the track.
