As soon as guys are willing to tune you will see plenty of 10 sec bolt on cars. Just look at how crazy fast some of these guys are going with just a drag pack and a bolt on or two. Headers and E85 should be worth 50+rw on my car. Add a legit drag pack and I personally don't see a need for a converter at that point. 10's in good weather.
