The SS 1LE cooling package is 100% identical to the standard SS according to a cooling system engineer at the Camaro Fifty event. I examined both closely at this event and the info seems to be accurate. All SS models (except convertibles) come with the large/center coolant radiator + two outboard smaller coolant radiators, trans cooler in front that sits horizontally, engine oil cooler, and diff oil cooler. I suspect the reason they marketed the "Track-cooling package, with engine oil, differential and transmission coolers" on the SS 1LE is because most people do not realize the base model SS comes with all that stuff
The SS 1LE and ZL1 cooling package are NOT the same. See this post for info on the ZL1 cooling package:

For one, there's an intercooler in front of the main radiator / AC condenser. The driver's side aux radiator on the ZL1 is an aux intercooler. The last difference appears to be the ZL1 coming with an in tank trans cooler (in addition to the SS style trans cooler out front that sits horizontally).
I'm curious is the 1LE engine coolant cooling package is even better than the ZL1 since it comes with the extra aux cooler (that's not being used for an aux intercooler on the 1LE). It is possible the main radiator capacity changed though.
